Modes of transport and recommendations for choosing
Road transport: ideal for consolidated cargo (LTL) and urgent pallet deliveries. Shipments from Russia and Armenia travel through optimal land corridors, providing door‑to‑door delivery to most European countries. For the Balkans and Central Europe, road transport — is the most flexible option.
Air freight: the best choice for urgent, high-value or perishable cargo. Direct and transit flights from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yerevan and other hubs provide the shortest delivery times to European airports.
Sea container shipping (FCL/LCL): economical for large volumes. Containers are shipped via Black Sea and Baltic ports or through European hubs; then — intermodal delivery deep into the continent.
Rail routes: optimal for steady flows between Russia and Europe (including routes via Belarus, the Baltic states, Poland and beyond). TIR/rail solutions reduce the cost per ton compared to air and are faster than sea freight.
Combined schemes: “road + sea” or “rail + road” are often used when both speed and price are critical — for example, an air shipment for urgent SKUs plus the main volume by sea.

The cost is determined by the following parameters: weight, volume, hazard class, temperature requirements, dimensions, route and urgency. For regular flows, fixed rates and contract discounts are available.
