Cargo Insurance
All cargo transported by our company is insured without exception for the entire period of transportation and storage at our warehouse. Insurance is provided by our partner insurance companies.
In the event of any force majeure circumstances, the sender will receive compensation in the shortest possible time and in the full amount of the declared value.
If you are confident in the quality and reliability of your own packaging and want to save money — agree on this with our manager and fill out a written waiver form for the service.
For our part, we recommend not neglecting this service and insuring your cargo for its full market value.

Cargo Shipping Stages

Placing a Request
Contact us in any convenient way and submit an initial request

Agreeing on Terms
Wait for a call from your manager, agree on the terms and, if necessary, sign the contract

Shipment Acceptance
Bring your cargo to our terminal yourself or order a pickup from your manager
4
Preparation for Transportation
Complete the paperwork, choose the packaging format (palletizing, rigid packaging, pallet collar) and receive your copy of the documents
5
Transportation
The shipment arrives at our warehouse and awaits truck consolidation (up to 5 days), then — it is dispatched to the destination (4-8 days)
6
Storage and Release
Upon completion of transportation — it arrives at our warehouse and awaits collection (storage for up to 3 days is included in the rate)
