User Agreement on the Collection and Processing of Personal Data
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “User Agreement”) governs the relationship between GETH LLC (OGRN 1215000056446 (hereinafter referred to as GETH), the rights holder of the Website located on the Internet at https://gethlogistics.am/ (hereinafter — the Website), and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) with regard to the provision and processing of the User’s personal data.
Subject of the User Agreement
GETH processes the User’s personal data on the terms that constitute the subject of this User Agreement.
General Provisions
The User Agreement takes effect from the moment the User confirms an order or submits a request on the website https://gethlogistics.am/; upon confirmation of a service request by phone, if the User places the request by phone; upon the User’s registration on the Website; upon submission of the “Place a Request” form on any page of the website; or upon submission of the “Ask a Question” form.
GETH reserves the right to amend this User Agreement at any time without any special notice. If the User continues to use GETH’s services after amendments to the User Agreement have been published, the User is deemed to have accepted the amended terms of the User Agreement.
The User may be any legally capable individual able to accept and pay for the goods they have ordered in the manner and on the terms set out in this User Agreement within the territory of the Russian Federation, or a legal entity operating within the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
The User’s Personal Data
The User decides to provide their personal data, such as:
- last name, first name and patronymic;
- contact phone number;
- e-mail address;
- the address to which the ordered goods are to be delivered;
- the IP address from which the User performed registration actions on the Website;
- city;
- name of the legal entity;
and gives consent to their processing of their own free will and in their own interest, except in the cases provided for by Part 2 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
The User is responsible for providing the personal data of another person.
Personal data entered by the User when placing a request or filling in any form is used to complete a commercial transaction, perform a service or improve the quality of service.
The basis for entering personal data is the execution of a commercial transaction upon registration on the Website or the possible execution of such a transaction in the future.
GETH undertakes not to transfer the personal data of registered Users to third parties. It is not considered a breach for GETH to provide information to third parties acting under agreements with the Website (postal and courier services, quality control services, service providers, etc.) for the purpose of GETH fulfilling its obligations to Users, and only within the scope of such agreements. It is not considered a breach of obligations to transfer confidential personal data to competent authorities upon duly executed requests in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
GETH is entitled to use the User’s personal data for e-mail newsletters with news and special offers of the Website, and for executing and carrying out commercial transactions.
Processing of Users’ Personal Data
Acceptance of the User Agreement is effected by registering on the Website or submitting a form with contact details, which constitutes the User’s consent to the processing of personal data.
The User agrees that GETH has the right to store and process, including by automated means, any information relating to the User’s personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, dissemination (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking and destruction of the personal data provided by the User.
The User’s personal data is processed by means of mixed processing, with and without transfer over GETH’s internal network, and with and without transfer over the Internet.
GETH applies the necessary and sufficient modern technologies in the field of personal data protection to restrict unauthorized and unlawful access to Users’ personal data.
If the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, GETH deletes the User’s personal data and does not use it thereafter. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written request to the e-mail address info@gethlogistics.ru.
